The purpose of the present study was to the Role of spirituality in the work to investigate of the growth of the profession and organizational health of Secondary School Teachers in mamasani city . The research method was applied and descriptive and correlational . the statistical population of the study included 303 teachers of the first high school of mamasani town , 303 patients , of which 170 were selected as the sample and by stratified random sampling method . Data gathering tools were the standardized questionnaire of spirituality in the میلین ( 2003) work , career development of آکفیلت and kot ( 2005 ) and organizational health hoy and fildman ( 1996 ) . To describe the data , descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data , pearson correlation coefficient and regression were used . the results of the study showed that the role of spirituality in the work before the optimism of the professional and organizational health of teachers was positive and significant . Therefore , it is worthy to pay more attention to spirituality in the target community in order to increase the growth of the profession.
